Planning and Listed Building Consent achieved at Woodcock Farm.

Woodcock Farm is situated north of Bath, and the land includes the remains of an Iron Age fort which is a Scheduled Ancient Monument. Consent is for the conversion of  the listed farm building into self-contained holiday lets as well as our clients family home.

Due to the poor quality of conversion that was done in the 1990s and the requirement of the new owners, Hetreed Ross achieved planning and listed building consent for significant restoration to the historic fabric of the listed building, as well as the removal and reworking of some of the modern internal elements.

As part of diversifying the family business the proposal includes an updated internal layout and the creation of a total of 4 separate self-contained holiday units, along with a family home.  The project is due to start on site in Spring 2018.
