Bath Townhouses
Inevitably, working in a UNESCO World Heritage City, a significant proportion of our work is to the classic Bath townhouse, many are listed buildings or of significant historic interest and located in one of Bath’s Conservation Areas. Our work includes extensions, conversions, changes of use, thermal upgrades and complete renovations and restorations.

Bath Townhouse Projects
We have to date, at least 50 historic Bath townhouse projects to our name, often finding we end up working on several properties in the same street as word spreads! We have significant experience and expertise in navigating the complexities of working with Listed Buildings and obtaining Planning and Listed Building Consents allowing for beautiful upgrades, extensions and changes of use. We have now successfully convinced a number of listed building officers at BANES on the acceptability of upgrading windows with vacuum glazing allowing listed buildings to have the equivalent performance of triple glazing, making a big difference to the comfort of the occupants and reducing their energy bills. Our design work ranges from the quietly contemporary to traditional as appropriate for client and building, resulting in some stunning interiors and wonderful spaces. Photographs above are a collection of a few our many projects, contact us for more information
